Basin Driving Rehab is a private and independent practice. Driving evaluations generally are not covered by insurance, you will get a copy of your driving evalutaion to submit for reimbursement.
Please note, payment is still due at the time of service and any insurance filling is the responsibility of the client.
Modifications to your vehicle may be recommended after a driving evaluation in order to maintain safety and independence. Many of these modifications are not covered by insurance.
